The City of Decatur Public Works Sanitation Division is working to resolve an issue with a defective Pay-As-You-Throw bag shipment from the bag manufacturer. That’s right. I said Chicken Whisperer. The Chicken Whisperer is coming to Decatur Farmers Market on Aug 28th, from 9 – 1pm with 1,000 chicks to give away!
