PAL and Dog Whisperer

Many of you might know Jeremiah McClendon as one of the City’s PALs (Parking, Assistance, Liason), but did you also know that he’s a dog whisperer? Well, at least I think of him as a dog whisperer. He teaches dog obedience classes at the Rec throughout the year. One of our co-workers says that Jeremiah had her dog so well trained that the dog would sit as soon as he heard Jeremiah coming down the hall.
